Writing: A letter for complaint August 13

Dear Sir or Madam,

I´m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the excursion to Brighton Marina Coaches. On february 21st I saw a fantastic anouncement which promised lot of services that you haven´t done and I want the refund.

First of all, the supermarket was really crowded and to find something interesting to buy we had to wait for hours because there weren´t enought shop assistants and when we finally got something interesting after three hours we had to follow waiting in the longest queues to pay. But that´s not all, when was already my turn I couldn´t pay because the guide said that we had to move to another place and the adverticement said we will spend the afternoon in Boulogne and not just three hours.

To make matters worse, I was wondering all the time what happend with the air- conditioned and refresdhments because we had to but our water and bought some fan because the weather was really hot. It was supposed the restaurants will be open but the closed when we got there and that was the reason because we had to move to another place and we finally arrived home after 11:3o pm.

As you can imagine, I am rather disappointd with the service you offered. I trust you will refund me the money and please don´t give me more matters or I will go to talk with the manager of your agency.
